Warranty Policy

Advanced Ceramics Hub guarantees the quality and performance of all technical ceramics products, adhering to the highest industry standards. We offer a 1-3 months warranty on all ceramic products, covering material defects and manufacturing issues. If a product fails under normal use, we provide free repair or replacement. Excludes damage from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications. Contact us for details.

Warranty Coverage

Covered:

Material defects, manufacturing flaws (e.g., cracks, dimensional inaccuracies).

Exclusions:

  • Misuse (e.g., exceeding rated temperature/pressure);
  • Unauthorized modifications;
  • Normal wear and corrosion.

Warranty Period

  • Standard Products: 30 days from delivery;
  • Custom Products: As per contract (typically 1-3 months);
  • Special Materials: Specified according to the specific contract or agreement.

Claim Process

  • Submit Claim: Email wendy@heegermaterials.com with the batch number, PO number, and photo/video evidence.
  • Review: Response within 2 business days.
  • Return Evaluation: A Prepaid shipping label will be provided if a factory inspection is needed.
  • Resolution: Repair, replacement, or refund (case-dependent).

Limitations

This warranty does not cover consequential damages (e.g., downtime) and applies only to the original purchaser.
