Alumina substrate
Alumina substrate is primarily manufactured from high-purity aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and is widely used in electronic packaging, power modules, LED heat dissipation, and high-frequency circuits. It possesses excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and high-temperature resistance, making it the most commonly used substrate material for circuit boards. Advanced Ceramics Hub can provide customized solutions in terms of size, shape, and surface treatment to meet diverse industrial and research requirements.

Characteristics of the alumina substrate
Advanced Ceramic Hub strictly selects high-purity alumina materials and manufactures products under rigorous quality management, ensuring consistent quality and excellent properties.
- The material has a fine-grained structure with minimal porosity, resulting in excellent surface smoothness and flatness. It also exhibits excellent compatibility with both thick and thin-layer materials.
- The dimensional deviation in shape and thickness is minimal.
- Deformations, flexes and wrinkles are minimal.
- In high-temperature environments, its physical and chemical properties remain stable, with excellent resistance to thermal shock. It has a coefficient of thermal expansion close to that of silicon and exceptional thermal conductivity.
- Exceptional mechanical strength, with high-strength reinforced substrates available.
- Excellent chemical and oil resistance.
- Excellent electrical insulation properties, with a high dielectric breakdown voltage, surface resistance and volume resistance, as well as a low dielectric constant.
- There are also high-reflectivity substrates suitable for LED applications.
