Boron Nitride Tube
Boron Nitride Tube is made from high-purity boron nitride powder by an advanced vacuum hot press sintering process. It has excellent electrical insulation with a breakdown voltage approximately 3-4 times higher than that of alumina ceramics. Additionally, boron nitride tube offers high-temperature resistance and excellent thermal shock resistance, with operating temperatures reaching up to 2100 ℃ in a protective atmosphere and 1900 ℃ in vacuum. They will not crack even with significant temperature fluctuations. However, boron nitride tube has low hardness and are not suitable for wear-resistant applications or environments subject to strong impact. With customizable options for diameter, length, and wall thickness, boron nitride tubes are suitable for various applications across research and industry sectors. Advanced Ceramics Hub can also supply boron nitride products with high purity and different additives based on specific requirements.
